These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anvimo Technologies marketing website and any trial or evaluation access we provide. Paid production use is governed by a separate customer agreement when you sign one.
Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful purposes to learn about Anvimo, request demos, or contact us. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, scrape content in violation of robots rules, or misuse forms to send spam.
Accounts and trials
Access to the live HRMS requires credentials issued by your organization or by us for evaluation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity under your account.
Customer agreements
If your organization subscribes to Anvimo, the subscription order, data processing terms, and service level commitments in your customer contract prevail over these Terms for product use.
Intellectual property
The site, product, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited right to view site content for evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
Marketing pages describe capabilities in general terms. Features may vary by plan, configuration, or region. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a specific outcome (for example tax filing or legal compliance) will be achieved without your own professional advice.
The site and any trial access are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing site or trial access. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or trial environments if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a security risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
